Product Details
PETG sheets are available in transparent and colored varieties, making them the most widely used sheet products in the PETG series. Transparent PETG sheet is optically transparent, with a light transmittance approaching that of glass; colored PETG sheet has a fully colored substrate, with the color penetrating the entire cross-section of the material, so no substrate exposure or color fading occurs after cutting and polishing. Both types of sheets possess excellent toughness and exhibit outstanding thermoforming performance, requiring no pre-drying before processing, thus reducing production costs. PETG Sheets support various processing methods such as hot bending, vacuum forming, screen printing, and die-cutting, and are widely used in advertising displays, safety protection, furniture decoration, and industrial components.
- The 3mm thick transparent PETG sheetboasts approximately 92% light transmittance, low haze, high gloss, and excellent optical clarity; the colored PETG sheet features full-body coloring with uniform and stable color, ensuring no exposure of the base material or color fading during cutting and polishing.
- PETG sheet’s impact strength is far superior to ordinary acrylic, approximately 20 times that of acrylic; it also has good toughness and is not easily broken.
- Excellent vacuum forming effect and not easily broken; can be cold-bent and hot-bent.
- Suitable for direct contact with food and also for medical packaging.
- PETGsheet can withstand a variety of chemicals and commonly used cleaning agents.
