Functionally modified PETG is developed based on standard grade PETG,.It is modified to retain PETG’s excellent processing properties while imparting special functionalities to the material. We can supply high-impact PETG, anti-scratch PETG, anti-static PETG, cold resistant PETG, and anti-fog PETG.
High-impact PETG significantly improves impact resistance, making it suitable for security protection applications; anti scratch PETG receives surface hardening treatment to improve its wear resistance and scratch resistance;; anti-static PETG possesses stable static dissipation capabilities, protecting precision electronic components; cold resistant PETG maintains its toughness and is not easily brittle in low-temperature environments; anti-fog PETG's surface inhibits water vapor condensation and fogging, maintaining visual clarity.
Many modified sheets can be heat-bent, vacuum-formed, cut, and printed, and are widely used in industries with special requirements for material performance, such as electronics manufacturing, cold chain, security, and equipment windows.
- High-impact PETG: Far exceeding the impact strength of conventional PETG, it is highly impact-resistant, not easily broken under stress, and exhibits excellent toughness.
