1.The amount of the adhesive must be used according to the specific size of the product. The sticky surface can not be completely painted with a small amount of adhesive. when the curing shrinkage of adhesive bring into air, it will affect appearance. Moreover, if the smear is not uniform( For example, grease, dust or bubble holes and so on, leaving the bubble after bonding), can be removed by cleaning.
2.All the acrylic plate corroded by adhesive will leave traces which is difficult to be removed. Therefore, we can use pressure sensitive adhesive to protect the position which is not to stick  

3.Before bonding the acrylic sheet, we need to control the indoor humidity and temperature firstly. Otherwise it will affect the result of bonding.
4.Direct blow makes the edge of bonding surface whitish due to rapid evaporation of adhesive. And the bonded products irradiated by the sun's rays directly for a long time will affect its appearance.
